We are now on the lookout for an experienced Senior Block Manager to join our close knit team in North London. You will be working from our converted mansion house offices in North London. This is an exciting opportunity to develop with an established company who can provide great structure in your career.
 
In your new role, you will be overseeing a London based portfolio of residential and mixed use blocks. Your new role will include acting as a team leader within the office, carrying out site inspections, preparing service charge budgets, managing works, issuing Section 20 notices, dealing with contractors and attending AGM’s. You will be provided with time in lieu for AGMs and have support with accounts and admin functions, allowing you to focus on providing a great service.   
 
As our perfect Senior Block Manager, you will be enthusiastic, customer focused and hardworking. You’ll have a great deal of block management experience and knowledge to offer. You’ll also have excellent organisation, alongside great attention to detail.
 
Minimum Requirements
 
  • 3 Years’ Block Management experience
  • A full working knowledge of the Landlord & Tenant Act 1985
  • Experience in preparing budgets, the s.20 consultation process and chairing AGMs
  • Excellent communication and organisation skills
  • A full UK driving licence and vehicle

Desirable Requirements
 
  • Industry qualifications such as IRPM/RICS/a property related degree
 
Salary Range & Benefits
 
This position is paying up to £45,000, depending on experience, plus a number of benefits such as progression through industry qualifications
 
The working hours are 9.15am – 5.30pm, Mon – Fri.
