Job Title: Senior Block Property Manager/Team Leader

Location: Watford Area (Hybrid Working - 1 day from home per week)

Salary: Up to £60,000 per annum

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of property managers, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
• Utilize high-level problem-solving skills to address complex issues related to property management and client satisfaction.
• Demonstrate technical knowledge in all aspects of block property management.
• Conduct regular team training sessions, sharing expertise and promoting continuous learning within the team.
• Ensure the delivery of exceptional service to clients, exceeding their expectations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in block property management.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a track record of managing and developing successful teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
• Technical knowledge in property management processes and systems.
• Passion for teaching and imparting knowledge to team members.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Keen desire for career progression and personal development.
• Upholds good values and exhibits a strong work ethic.
