With over 10 years of experience in managing residential developments, we consider ourselves Property Management specialists and have grown our portfolio and our team considerably. We are continuing to grow and as such, it’s an exciting time to join us. We’re looking for a Senior Property Manager that wants to be a part of a family-like company that values its people.
We are a dedicated, hardworking team of property professionals, committed to delivering a high quality, dependable service to our clients. We work hard to exceed expectations and maintain our great reputation.
We’re an expanding team and like to consider ourselves a fun, friendly, social team - we attend team building events, social team events and industry events together. We work hard, but believe it is important to have a good time and enjoy your job whilst doing so.
Your dual role as a Senior Property Manager will be to provide a full Property Management service to an assigned residential property portfolio in line with the RICS code of practice, current legislation and the standard operating procedures of the company. It will also be to act as a mentor, supervisor and figure of support to the wider Property Management Team. We do have a Team Leader in our office, so you’d be working with him to ensure the company’s portfolio is being managed effectively and efficiently. In the absence of the Team Leader, you will be the main point of support to the team and you will be involved in their training and development.
Minimum Requirements
Around 3 – 4 years’ Block Management experience.
A strong working knowledge of ARMA and RICS guidelines.
A full working knowledge of Service Charge budgets, Section 20 notices and relevant law/regulations (Landlord & Tenant Act 1985).
Experience in chairing AGM and carrying out site inspections.
Experience in managing people.
