Service Charge Accountant (5 Month FTC) - South West London

£28,000 - £32,000 PA - Accountancy/ Finance

We’re currently looking for a talented service charge accountant to join an expanding, national firm in Richmond. If you’re considering your next move and want to work with a well-established team, then you could be the perfect match! As their revered Service Charge Accountant, you will be responsible for Managing the production of 125 service charge and company accounts for residential blocks in South West London. This will include year-end processes, audit queries and client reporting. You will be predominantly based in the company’s Richmond office, with some occasional work from their Putney office.

To be the perfect candidate, you will work well under pressure and enjoy being part of a team. Additionally, you will possess excellent organisational skills, the ability to pick up new duties quickly and the ability to work to tight deadlines around year end. You’ll support the company’s financial side and will have a can-do attitude as well as strong communication and customer service skills.

Desirable Requirements

Previous experience in Residential Block Management, processing Service Charge and year end accounts
Experience assisting Leaseholders and Clients with Service Charge queries
Excellent IT, communication and organisational skills
Experience using Onbase software

Salary Range & Benefits

This position is offering between £28K - £32K Per Annum, on a 5-month fixed term contract basis.
