Service Charge Accountant – Hybrid - New Milton  - Full time - £26K DOE

We are currently looking for experienced service charge accountants to work with one of the largest Property Management companies in the UK. This role will require you to deliver accurate financial statements, ensure timely estate finance and support the operations team.

Key Responsibilities

• Budgets and accounts are issued on time.
• Deliver productivity metrics.
• Analysing financial reports, data income and expenditures
• Income and expenditures through balance sheet work
• Effective liaison with auditors

Key Requirements

• Previous experience in a Service Charge role
• Industry experience within property is desirable.
• Work towards or have achieved a professional qualification – AAT or ACCA (desirable)
• High attention to detail
• Can work independently and as part of a team.
