Systems Manager (Home Working) - Hertfordshire

We have created a new role within the business, with the aim of an experienced Qube user joining us to strengthen our systems, projects and procedures, allowing us to really elevate business operations.
 
Responsibilities you’ll own will include:
 
  • Support employees with day-to-day MRI Qube issues
  • Assist with a rolling programme of projects to improve efficiencies of MRI Qube both relating to our accounts and property departments
  • Assist with other software and prop tech systems including the Microsoft suite
  • Liaise with our external IT support where required
  • Liaise with MRI Qube where required
  • Deliver training
  • Write training / procedure guides
  • Assist with company website updates and social media
 
Requirements:
 
  • Experience of working in a similar role within the Property Management Industry
  • An MRI Qube Super User dealing with all aspects of Qube
  • Confident communicator
  • Awareness of Financial processes
  • Experience of Microsoft suite with strong Excel skills
  • Experience of running software change or implementation projects
  • Experience of designing & delivering training
  • Excellent written communication
  • Experience of writing training manuals / process documents
  • Can work well independently or collaboratively
  • Organised
  • Friendly and helpful
 
Salary Range:
 
This position is paying £40,000 - £45,000 + benefits. Flexible working is on offer.
