Team Assistant - Central London

£23,000 - £26,000 - Block Management

Your role will be to assist the Head of Department and Block Management Team (as required) with the day to day administration of email correspondence, resident engagement prioritisation and diary scheduling. As an ongoing action, monitoring and tracking of daily activities, ensuring the compliance and H&S actions are checked and reported to Head of Department with appropriate actions undertaken. Additionally, ensuring that legal notices are administrated as required and the relevant parties informed.
 
Duties will include:
 
  • Assist the Head of Department in a PA capacity
  • Monitor the Health & Safety performance of the portfolio
  • Update systems as required
  • Fully contribute to Business Development initiatives
  • Support delivery of the Business Strategy
  • Assist with the administration of the legal documents related to externally managed buildings
  • To deal and respond to leaseholder enquiries as and when required
  • To attended buildings and carry out visit reports as and when required
  • General administration tasks for Head of Department and Block Team as required
  • Facilitating and arranging internal and zoom / teams meetings including room bookings
  • Managing and updating, procedures and schedules as required
  • Organising and attending to any written correspondence received
  • To track ongoing major and contentious building works ensuring all parties are updated
  • Set up monitoring process to report back to Head of Block Management on a regular basis

Minimum Requirements
 
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Ability to work on own initiative as well as being a team player
  • Previous experience of working in a busy administrative role whilst supporting a team
  • Minimum Intermediate standard on Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Understanding of the importance of Health & Safety legislation
  • Ability to prioritise and manage own time effectively, work under pressure and achieve tight deadlines
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills and strong customer focus
 
Desirable Requirements
 
  • Understanding of Leasehold

Salary Range & Benefits
 
This position is paying a competitive salary of £23K - £26K depending on experience.
