This year Alice Cadfan-Lewis, founder of Block Recruit, led a discussion at the Bretherton’s Property Management Unwrapped Conference. The topic of discussion was ‘Recruitment vs. Retention of Staff in a Candidate Driven Market’ and was attended by national developers, freeholders and managing agents.

The aim of the discussion was to provide more clarity for employers about what they could be doing to retain their staff and to provide employees with an insight as to where the constraints lie for their employers.
